Christmas, the festival to commemorate the birthday of the messiah of peace – Jesus Christ was celebrated in the college amidst great fervor and gaiety on the 17th Dec 2014. The entire campus was soaked in the spirit of Christmas. The function was inaugurated by the Vice-Principal Dr. R. Narayana Charyulu. Cutting the cake, he conveyed the spirit behind the celebration and observed that the beautiful message of love, compassion and brotherhood which the Christ lived and laid his life for, are fading away from our glorious and tolerant culture. This was followed by various programs by the students such as Carol songs, Skit, Funny talk by Santa Claus, and Treasure hunt which was bagged by the M.Pharm Students. Dr. Nimmy Chacko (Dept. of Pharmacology) shared passionately her reverence and spoke on Jesus and his teachings. Ms. Tabassum carried the proceedings and Mr. Jestin Joseph delivered the vote of thanks.
