Cultural Committee Report - NSAMFGC Bengaluru

For the Academic year 2014-15 the Cultural Committee was formed on 26^th June 2014.The Committee consists of the following members: Ms. Rozy, Ms. Rama, Ms. Sowjanya.S and Ms. Hemavathi along with the student representatives Anuradha, Raghu & Pallavi of Final Year B.Com & BBM.

The committee conducts regular activities to discover the hidden talents of students. With the support of the Principal, Staff & Student representatives, the committee conducted various competitions such as Collage, Rangoli, Cook without Fire and Mehendi.

• The Committee was given an opportunity to have a grand celebration on the occasion of the inaugural of the Open Air Theater on 22^nd August 2014.
• The Cultural Committee organized the Fresher’s day for the new academic year 2014-15 in a colorful manner.
• Collage & Rangoli competitions were held on 15^th & 16^th September 2014 with fun & joy.
• Cook without Fire & Mehendi competitions were held on 6^th & 7^th October 2014 where students exhibited their creativity.

Action Plans for the Even Semester:

• Sketching Competition on 10^th January 2015
• The Cultural Committee is planning to celebrate Republic Day on 26^th January 2015
• Ethnic & Talents day on 14^th of February 2015
• College Annual day in the month of April 2015

It has always been our Committees’ aim to encourage students towards Excellence & Overall development. We thank our Principal, Dr.Meera Krishnappa and our College Coordinator Col. Ramachandra for giving us the needed support & guidance in conducting all the cultural events.
