Indian Constitution Day was observed by the Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences on 26-11-2015 at Seminar Hall NUINS. A Guest Lecture on Pre amble of Indian Constitution was organized by the scientific committee of NUINS on this occasion. The resource person Dr. P D Sebastian, Emeritus Professor S D M Law College, Mangalore discussed on the Pre amble of Indian Constitution, Concept, Origin, Features & it’s Challenges About 30 faculties and SNA Office bearers and representatives from all batches were benefited by the active discussion.
