The Global Workshop for leading engineers in Asia is being conducted at Ritsumeikan University under the project “International Industry-Academic Collaborative PBL for developing leading engineers bridging Japan and South Asia” of The Ministry of Education in Japan between 19th October to 24th October 2017 under the theme: “Challenges and Measures for the Integrated Field with Disaster Mitigation and Climate Change”.
Invited Participants are one faculty and one graduate student from Universities of Six South Asian countries namely India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam along with Japan.
Dr Srinath Shetty K, Prof in Civil Engineering, NMAMIT along with a graduate student Mr.Joel Dominic D Almeida, who is studying 2nd year M Tech in Construction Technology will be representing NMAMIT.
