Talk on Student Exchange Program and Hackathon – 24 October 2017 - NMAMIT

NMAMIT ACM Student Chapter organized a talk to share the experiences of ten students who participated in the Student Exchange Program (SAKURA) at Ritsumeiken University, Japan during December 2016 and four students who participated in the final round of #UnitedByHCL Hackathon at Old Trafford Stadium, Manchester, UK during September 2017. Students shared their experience such as Japanese Cuisine, Accommodation, Japanese Culture, Technical Know-how etc. along with Hackathon experiences at Manchester, UK. 100 students from various departments attended the program. Dr. Niranjan N Chiplunkar, Principal, NMAMIT set the tone for the program by giving guidelines on how to apply for various hackathon and other competitive events.
