The Youth Red Cross Unit of Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences in association with the Art of Living conducted a seminar on ‘Health and Happiness’ on 23rd March 2019 at Chinthana Hall, Justice K. S. Hegde Charitable Hospital.
Mrs. Latha S, Youth Red Cross Co-ordinator introduced the dignitaries and welcomed the gathering. The resource person Mr. Prashanth V Pai elaborately discussed on various skills and tips for enhancing health and happiness, highlighting the need for stress reduction and time management among youth. Ms. Steffy B Peringelil anchored the program. Ms. Rosemary, Student Chairperson of NUINS Youth Red Cross unit proposed the vote of thanks.
