Swachh Bharat Abhiyan or Clean India Mission is an initiative of the Government of India. The Nitte DU NSS volunteers participated in Swachh Mangaluru Abhiyan Final Drive on 29.09.2019 organised by Ramakrishna Mission, Mangalore at Central Market.
This program was the last drive of a long journey. Three staff and 77 students from KSHEMA and NUINS participated in the final drive.
Team Nitte DU associated with Ramakrishna Mission in 2016. Since then, the NSS team has conducted many awareness programs on swachhta, swachhta rallies and cleaned the surroundings in Deralakatte.
