The two-day annual sports meet Kreedotsava 2020 was organized by Nitte School of Fashion Technology & Interior Design on 13th & 14th March 2020. The meet was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Dr. H C Nagaraj, Principal, NMIT. Addressing the students, he highlighted the significance and value of sports during the student life and the role it plays in their future career. Dr. Sandhya Ravi, Principal, Nitte School of Fashion Technology & Interior Design, welcomed the Chief Guest and the gathering. She applauded the competitive spirit of the students and thanked the coordinators.
The Chief Guest administered oath to the participating students and declared the sports meet open. There were different outdoor and indoor sports events like: 100 and 200 meters running race, 4x100 relay, Shotput, Discus-throw, Cricket, Throw Ball, Foot Ball, Carrom, Chess etc. Students actively participated in all the games.
The winners were honored with a medal and certificate by Mr. Rohit Punja, Administrator, Nitte Education Trust and Dr. Sandhya Ravi.
