News from NSAM PUC Nitte | Orientation Day

An Orientation Day was organised for students of I PUC and their parents at Dr. NSAM PU College Nitte on 14th June 2022. Dr. Sudhir Raj K, Professor, JKSHIM, Nitte was the Chief Guest.

In his remarks, Dr. Sudhir Raj stressed on the importance of culture & values and their role in higher education. When education is incorporated with values and ethics, it can bring about a transformation in the persona of students. The enlightened talk not only familiarised students with the culture in higher education, but also helped them to understand the aspects ‘to create self’.

Guest of Honour, Shri. Yogeesh Hegde, Director (Maintenance & Infrastructure), Nitte campus advised students to make full use of their potential by participating in extracurricular activities, events, workshops and other special training programs conducted in the college.

Mrs. Bhavani Shetty, Principal, welcomed the students & parents and briefed the gathering about the rules & regulations of the college and infrastructure available in the campus. Mr. Prakash Shenoy proposed the vote of thanks.
