The school bid adieu to students of Class X by organizing a farewell function for them on 28th January 2023. Dr Satyajit K T, Assoc. Professor, Dept. of Physics, NMAMIT was the Chief Guest.
Speaking to students, he highlighted the importance of having a firm foundation academically and asked students to learn some skills that interest them, so as to make studies and student life more enjoyable. He called upon students to be aware, ready to adapt to changing scenarios and updated with technology, which in turn will help them in their careers.
Principal, Ms. Shreelatha Rao, in her talk, said building character is as important as excelling in studies.
Fathima Suzana of Class X was awarded the late Mrs Kowdoor Rathi S Shetty Best Out Going Student Award for 2022-23 instituted by Dr Snigdha N Hegde.
The outgoing students donated a steel almirah to the school. PTA President Mr Swaraj Shetty was present during the occasion. A few students, parents and teachers shared their experiences.
