As part of the World Kidney Day celebration, the Department of Nephrology & Urology of K S Hegde Hospital organised a free camp for the public, on 14th & 15th March 2024 at Nitte Day Care Clinic, Mangalore to raise awareness about kidney health and promote preventive measures against kidney diseases.
The activities included awareness campaigns, sharing facts, tips and statistics about kidney diseases, prevention and treatment options; free screening for blood pressure, blood sugar and kidney function tests.
Dr. Janardhan Kamath & Dr. Pradeep Shenoy provided counseling, consultation and guidance based on the results.
