Physiotherapy Beyond FITT Principle
The Alumni Relations Cell of Nitte Institute of Physiotherapy organized an engaging Alumni Talk on 31st July 2025 via Google Meet. The session featured Ms. Soumya Menon, Resident Physiotherapist from Toronto, Canada (also a distinguished alumna - BPT batch 2013), as the resource speaker.
Ms. Soumya shared valuable insights on the FITT Principle, its application within the cognitive domain and introduced the 2x2 rule for patient treatment progression. The interactive session was well-received by the interns and postgraduates, who actively engaged with the speaker and had their queries addressed. The session had 65 participants.
