On 5th October 2025, volunteers of Swachh Sena from Nitte Institute of Physiotherapy (NIPT) in association with the Ramakrishna Mission, Mangaluru cleaned the surroundings near Clock Tower, Hampankatta. The event was flagged off at 7:30 am by Swami Yugeshananda and Swami Vidyamrutananda. Following the inauguration, the volunteers started cleaning the circle and the footpath, and the pavement towards University College, Mangalore. Later, the volunteers scrubbed and washed the previously painted walls giving it a fresh appearance. The shramadan was followed by breakfast. The event was organised under the guidance of Ms. Ruchita Narsia, Swachh Sena Coordinator, NIPT supported by Ashwin P.S, Swachh Sena Leader - Student Council, NIPT.
