A spirit of pride filled the air as Dr. Nitte Shankara Adyanthaya Memorial Pre-University College celebrated Kannada Rajyotsava on 1st November 2025 with great enthusiasm and cultural fervor. The event was organized by the NSS unit of the institution. Presiding over the function, Principal Dr. Naveen Shetty K urged students to take pride in speaking Kannada, stating, “Let Kannada be our breath.” He emphasized that language is not a measure of talent or success. He further emphasized that many developed nations have advanced keeping their native language at the forefront, thus urging students to nurture Kannada not just as a one-day celebration but as the breath of daily life. The celebration concluded with a renewed sense of pride and responsibility among students to uphold the beauty and dignity of the Kannada language.
