Nitte Institute of Physiotherapy (NIPT) in association Ramakrishna Mission, Mangaluru organized a Swachhata Shramadan at Panchayat Office, Opposite Town Hall, Hampankatta, Mangaluru on 7th December 2025.
Mr. Jayesh Chandran and Ms. Ruchita Narsia, Coordinators, NIPT were in-charge of the event which was flagged off by Swami Jitakamanandaji of Ramakrishna Mission & Prof.Dr.M.S Moodithaya, Vice-Chancellor, Nitte DU.
Dr. Moodithaya mentioned the importance of social responsibility among youth and applauded the activities of Ramakrishna Mission, Mangaluru. Following the inauguration, the volunteers started cleaning the zones outside the office premises and the adjacent areas inside the compound. The student in charge of the event was Ashwin P.S, Swachh Sena Leader -Student Council, NIPT.
