The Department of Community Medicine organized a Health Camp / Outreach Program, " Old age home (SEVASHRAMA)" on 04-01-2016 at Belman. Dr Prince Alex , Dr Sharon Baisil and Dr Shameena A U & Mr. Ravi, general health check-up was done including Blood Pressure examination for all the 14 inmates of the old age home and GRBS estimation was done for two of them who were known diabetics. Symptomatic treatment was given and anti-hypertensive and anti-diabetic drugs were continued. One of the inmates is bed ridden following a fall and had undergone surgery for a femur fracture. After health check-up social interaction was done with the inmates.
