70th Independence Programm was organized in the institution on 15th Agust 2016. Retd Army chief Sub Sri Narayana Rai hoisted the Flag and addressed the gathering. Sri Narayana Rai has participated in Kargil War and fought against Pakistan Soldiers. He was also a part of LTTE War at Sri Lanka.

Sri Raghuram Rao , Training Officer, Sri Snajeeva Devadiga, Office Supdt. , Sri Hari H, Senior Staff and Suresh S, JTO were present at the Occasion. On Behalf of Nitte Management & Institution Sub. Sri Naranaya Rai was Felicitated by Principal and Staff.
