“It’s not just about exceptional grades on the papers but the ability to deploy knowledge most effectively that counts” informed Mr. Ronald Mascarenhas, General Manager, Human Resources & Admn, Syngene International Limited, Mangalore in the Guest Lecture: “Transmute from Campus to Corporate” held on 22nd March 2019 for the students graduating in 2019. He further added that, this calls for transmutation in traits - physical, intellectual and emotional, to don the right attitude and tune into the corporate frequency expected by prospective employers.
Mr. Mascarenhas in a jovial and interactive session shared some extremely useful and valuable tips with respect to professional ethics, maintenance of confidentiality, sticking to assignment deadlines, attention to every minor detail citing examples and incidents drawn from his own life experiences which the students appreciated heartily. Dr. Narayana Charyulu, Vice Principal and Head, Department of Pharmaceutics delivered the welcome address and Dr. Marina Koland introduced the guest. Mr. Srinivas Hebbar, Asst.
