As part of the Community Health Nursing posting, IV year B.Sc Nursing students organized an In-Service Education on the topic “Diarrhoeal Diseases” at Primary Health Centre, Natekal, on 15th March 2019. Mrs. Lalitha, Block Health Educator was the Chief Guest.
The program began with welcome speech by Ms. Amulya, IV B. Sc. A pre-test on the topic was conducted using a knowledge questionnaire. Prof. Dr. Neetha Kamath, HoD, Community Health Nursing, Ms. Deepthi and Ms. Cleeta of IV B.Sc Nursing explained the causes, spread, management and preventive measures of diarrhoeal diseases, after which a post-test was also conducted using the same questionnaire. The program concluded with the vote of thanks.
