The Department of Pediatrics, Justice K.S. Hegde Charitable Hospital, Deralakatte is happy to announce the opening of the Children’s Intensive Care Complex on 24th March 2019 by Dr B N Gangadhar, Director, NIMHANS and Member, Board of Governors. Spread over 5000 square feet, the Complex includes a state-of-the-art 13-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and 10-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). Both the units will be served by Intensivists qualified in neonatal and pediatric intensive care, ably assisted 24x7 by a team of specialists, residents and nursing personnel. The unit is supported by multi-disciplinary super specialty services.
