The Department of Public Health Dentistry, A. B. Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences, Deralakatte, Mangalore in association with the Department of Public Instructions, Puttur Taluk and Rotary Club, Puttur East conducted a Taluk Level Teachers’ Training Program for the Physical Education teachers and other teachers of Puttur Taluk on 31st October 2019 at Manisha Hall, Puttur.
About 100 Teachers participated in this program. Dr. Sahana Maben, Clinical Co-ordinator, ABSMIDS delivered a talk on “Importance of Oral Health and Maintenance of Oral Hygiene”. Dr. Audrey M. D’Cruz delivered a talk on “Management of Dental Trauma at Schools”.
