News from MRSMEMHS | Staff Enrichment Programme

Two days Staff Enrichment Programme was held in the school on 23 and 24 May 2022 on ‘Enhancing Self Competence for Effective Pedagogical Interactions’ by Dr. Vishwanath, Associate Professor, NMAMIT Nitte. The workshop aimed at the need for developing competencies of critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, effective communication,   and interpersonal relationship for healthy and fruitful interactions with students and colleagues.

‘Personal Relationship and Communication Skills’ was dealt with by Mrs. Sadhana Deshmukh, Director, SDC, Nitte University on 25, May 2022. She threw light on the Art of acquiring leadership skills and setting SMART goals.

Mr. Jnaneshwar Pai, Assist Professor, NMAMIT, Nitte discussed “Communication Skills’ on 26 May 2022. The training dealt with skills to be acquired by New age teachers to cater to different learning styles among children such as 5T’s and 4 C’s, the importance of learning over scoring better, and many others.
