Day 1 activities included safety requirements in manufacturing practices along with activities for HACCP. Day 2 included sessions related to food safety regulations and requirements in the catering business. A total of 41 participants of which, 29 students from NUCSER and 11 students from Mangalore University attended the training program. The two-day training program was designed to equip students with knowledge and skills to become better food science professionals.
