The NSS Unit of NRAM Polytechnic, Nitte, organized a workshop on “Leadership” on 3rd September 2025, conducted by JC Sandeep Kumar, Zone Trainer, JCI. The session highlighted leadership as a blend of self-discipline, communication, teamwork and the ability to inspire others. Through interactive activities, role-plays and team exercises, students explored practical aspects of leadership while reflecting on their strengths and areas for growth. The trainer emphasized decision-making, time management and key qualities such as vision, empathy, accountability and adaptability. Inspiring examples of impactful leaders encouraged students to take initiative in both academics and social responsibilities.
