News from NRAMP | NSS & Red Cross Unit Activities

The NSS and Red Cross units of NRAM Polytechnic, Nitte organized an awareness program on “HIV Prevention” on 4th November 2025 in coordination with the Nitte Government Hospital and Taluka Health Office, Karkala, to promote healthy practices for a safer community.

Sri. Dinesh S from the Children and Women’s Health Department, Government Hospital, Karkala served as the resource person for the awareness program. He delivered an informative session on HIV, shedding light on its implications and emphasizing the significance of awareness, prevention and responsible practices in safeguarding public health.

Principal Mr. Vishwanathan commended the Red Cross and NSS units and appreciated Program Coordinator Mr. Ganesh Naik S for organizing the event.
